Data Storage

We store your personal data for as long as is required for providing our services and adhering to legal obligations, as well as for settling disputes and die and enforcing our policies. Retention periods are based on the type of collected data and the purpose for which this data was collected, whereby case-specific events and the need to delete obsolete, unused information as soon as possible are taken into account. We store data records with customers’ personal data, account creation documents, notifications, and other data in accordance with valid laws and regulations. 


We may at any time, and in our sole discretion, correct, supplement, or remove incomplete or incorrect data.

The tool we use is based on technology from Snowplow Analytics . The data we collect on the use of our website includes, for example, how often users visit the website, or which areas are called. The tool we use does not collect any personal data and is used by our web hosting provider and service provider exclusively to improve their offer.

Use of Script Libraries (Google Web Fonts)

To display the content of our website correctly and in a visually appealing way, we use script- and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts) for this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache, so they only need be loaded once. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or denies access, the contents are shown in a default font. 


  • When calling script- or font libraries, an automatic connection to the library operator is created. This provides a theoretical possibility for this operator to collect data. It is currently not known whether the operator of the respective libraries actually does collect data, and to which purpose.

Data Collection by Third Parties 

This policy deals only with the use and disclosure of data we collect from you. If you publish data on other websites or disclose it to third parties in the Internet, other regulations may apply.
